CHINAPLAS 2025 will be held on April 15-18, 2025 at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao’an New Venue), PR China (No.1 Zhancheng Road, Fuhai Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen).
Once Pre-registration is completed, a pre-registration confirmation letter / eBadge will be sent to the visitor’s registered email, the visitor can retrieve the receipt in the email. Visitors can also log in to MyChinaplas to retrieve the receipt.
After pre-registration is completed, the visitor can log in to MyChinaplas to apply for an electronic VAT Invoice (Fapiao). After the application is submitted, the electronic VAT Invoice (Fapiao) will be issued to the visitor within 30 days through email. The electronic VAT Invoice (Fapiao) will also be uploaded to MyChinaplas. The application deadline of the Electronic VAT Invoice for pre-registration is May 17, 2024. If the payment is settled in US Dollars, it is unable to apply for the electronic VAT Invoice (Fapiao).
Please access the CHINAPLAS WeChat official account or the Online Fapiao Application System to apply for an electronic VAT Invoice. The application deadline of the Electronic VAT Invoice: May 26, 2024. This Online Fapiao Application System is only available to Chinese Mainland Company. (Visitors who registered via printed application form were given the paper VAT Invoice (Fapiao) at the visitor counter during the exhibition.)
Electronic VAT Invoice (Fapiao) is the same as the hard copy VAT invoice which is recognized by State Admission of Taxation (China). To reimburse the Electronic VAT Invoice (Fapiao), visitors need to print it out and submit it to the relevant department of your company. CHINAPLAS’s Electronic VAT Invoice (Fapiao) will be sent to the visitor’s registered email and uploaded to MyChinaplas.
